Description: Captain America: Super Soldier combines a combat system inspired by the Batman: Arkham series with platforming elements. The character can use a variety of shield attacks that can be used to defeat enemies, solving puzzles, and climbing up walls. Captain America can also deploy a Tactical Vision that reveal the position of interactable surfaces.

Combat Challenges
This is the first game that I had worked on as a level designer and I was responsible for a few of the missions in the game as well as a few of the challenge modes in the game.
The task was to create a mode in which players had to defeat a certain amount of enemies as fast as they could.
What I did was take small areas of existing locations in the game, from there I could use existing animations that would fire at the beginning of the challenge as an ‘intro’ and then fade back to the gameplay camera and start the challenge.
With each round the player passed, I ramped up the difficulty by mixing up the enemy archetypes and gradually made each round more difficult.
